Motel Chinchilla
This is a 2 story 50 room motel with associated retail, amenities and separate cabins on the Warrego Highway currently obtaining Development Approval.
The motel site is in a Strategic Cropping Land designation and was required to fit within the envelope of an existing approval.
Our process included demonstrating minor changes to the envelope to negate triggering SCL assessment.
